Mark Zuckerberg: I never think of step down as Facebook chairman

Washington - Mark Zuckerberg, the CEO and chairman of Facebook on Tuesday 20, 2018 said that he is not thinking about resigning from the Facebook chairmanship.



According to AFP news agency, the founder of Facebook, Mark Zuckerberg has rejected all the fake rumors about his resignation from his chairmanship in Facebook.

While giving an interview to CNN, Mark Zuckerberg responded to a question by saying that he does not intend to leave the Chairmanship of Facebook.

Recently, Facebook's Chief Operating Officer (COO) Sheryl Sandberg said that during the loss to Facebook in the last 12 months, he was thinking about step down from his post.

During his interview, Mark Zuckerberg said that Sheryl Sandberg is an important part of his company. She is serving with excellence and resolved various issues.

He further said that the COO of Facebook is with me since last 10 years. I'm proud to work with her. I wish we do work together for decades.

After the US Presidential elections 2016, the Russian officials were being accused that they allegedly tried to influence the results of the elections by using Facebook. There was a report published in the New York Times which reported that Facebook is misleading its customers after the intervention of Russian Officials.

On the other hand, Mark Zuckerberg rejected this allegation, said that all these are fake news and based on false information.
